Title: Iatrogenic Oesophageal Perforation Post Oesophageal Dilation

- Summarize the incidence of oesophageal perforation post-oesophageal dilatation.
- Describe the diagnosis of a tension pneumothorax.
- Discuss the management of perioperative pneumothorax.
- Review how to perform a needle thoracocentesis.
