Title: Iatrogenic Oesophageal Perforation Post Oesophageal Dilation

  1. Summarize the incidence of oesophageal perforation post-oesophageal dilatation.
  2. Describe the diagnosis of a tension pneumothorax.
  3. Discuss the management of perioperative pneumothorax.
  4. Review how to perform a needle thoracocentesis.
